Meet The Core Team

Ian is a dynamic and accomplished property executive with extensive experience and proven successes in designing and implementing strategies and change strategies to maximize revenue, service, and profitability. Ian has a master’s degree and numerous property and finance related diplomas. He can develop and execute business strategies to achieve overall objectives. Vast experience in supply chain management, research and development of products, procurement, and negotiations. Adept at fostering and cultivating productive relationships with all stakeholders, business partners, clients, and authorities. Familiar with analyzing complex scenarios and providing solutions to ensure property longevity as well as short and long-term asset value.

Dominique Vaudin

Director

Dominique is a multi-skilled, hands-on project manager with extensive experience in furniture production and construction. His meticulous approach to construction and renovation projects combined with his creativity and problem-solving mindset has earned him his reputation in the industry since 2011, in Mauritius and overseas alike. His technical expertise as well as his managerial skills with regards to quality control, staff management and process management are the foundation of his unique skill set. After having spent several years overseas for his schooling, his studies (BSc Agriculture), followed by a diploma in Management (advanced Programme) from Wits University/South Africa, Dominique held the position of the CEO for a manufacturing company in Germany before returning to his home country of Mauritius in 2004. Since then, he has founded and managed a kitchen design and production business before focusing on construction and renovation projects and project design since 2011.
